She has separated from ATI due to family reasons.<\/p>\n<p>Ms. Ramamonjiarisoa has been an integral part of ATI\u2019s management team since she was appointed CFO in 2011. In this position, she helped guide the institution towards its current\u00a0nine-year record-setting growth rates along with ensuring maintenance of ATI\u2019s investment-grade ratings from both S&amp;P and Moody\u2019s (A\/Stable and A3\/Stable respectively).<\/p>\n<p>The Chairman of the Board of Directors recognized Ms. Ramamonjiarisoa\u2019s substantial contribution and outstanding leadership during her nine years of service to ATI as the CFO and as the Acting Chief Executive Officer, a position she held between July \u2013 November 2020.<\/p>\n<p>The Board has commenced the recruitment of a new CFO.
